A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports: a Naval Headlines report of June 4 on Italian activity; 105168 sent to the Foreign Office (FO) on June 5 under 9678; from the Greek charg� in Ankara on Turkish views on the war, as of June 1; from the Japanese minister in Lisbon on U.S. raw materials, production and army strength, on May 26; from the Japanese ambassador in Berlin on U.S. naval salvage at Pearl Harbour, on May 29; from the Japanese minister in Madrid on French-Spanish-Portuguese cooperation, on May 30; of intelligence on Allied air plans, on June 4; from the Japanese ambassador in Ankara, that Turkey is to buy arms from Germany, on June 1; from Bangkok to the Siamese ministers in Berlin and Rome on the Siamese policy of cooperation with Japan, on May 31; from the Turkish ambassador in Berlin on Hitler's address to a Turkish arms procurement delegation on May 31; plus comments from the Prime Minister (PM) and Foreign Secretary.
