Government Code and Cypher School: Signals Intelligence Passed to the Prime Minister, Messages and Correspondence

A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports: a German intelligence report to Rhodes of the arrival in Cyprus of 5000 Greeks to form sabotage units possibly against Rhodes, on May 25; a report from the Panzer Army Africa for May 31, on Kesselring's instruction regarding the treatment of prisoners prior to interrogation, in line with Allied treatment of German PoWs; and that the 2nd and 10th Air Corps are to give priority to attacking Allied supply ships expected to leave Alexandria for Malta, on June 1.
