A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports: Naval Headlines; that the French minister in Lisbon discussed Franco-U.S. relations, on May 7; the Italian ambassador in Tokyo reports Togo's views on the Axis declaration to India and Arabia, on May 7; a Japanese report from Bangkok on conditions in Malaya and Singapore, on May 5; a Japanese report on the Italian domestic and general economy and conditions, on May 7; the Portuguese report a Turkish fear of Bolshevism, on May 7; a Turkish report of a meeting at Salzburg, on May 7; the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Ankara summarises Turkish foreign policy to the ambassador in Tokyo, on May 8; and the Turkish ambassador in Vichy predicts the Italian occupation of Corsica and Tunis, on May 8.
