A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports: Naval Headlines, covering German naval action against convoy PQ11 in which HMS Edinburgh and the German destroyer Hermann Schoemann were sunk; U-boat action against convoy QP15; Italian convoys in the Mediterranean; and that the German ship Otto Leonhardt was torpedoed off Cape Dukato.
