Government Code and Cypher School: Signals Intelligence Passed to the Prime Minister, Messages and Correspondence

A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports: that all available Flak units, including training units, are to be used for the protection of German towns near the North Sea or the Baltic coast, on April 27; that Panzer Army Africa requested re-inforcements, on April 22; and that they were instructed to provide a reduced list because of demands of the Eastern Front; that the 8th Air Corps is located at Simferopol in the Crimea, on April 26; that Danube floods are impeding traffic, on April 29; the Japanese minister in Stockholm reports Swedish views on the war and on possibilities for peace, on April 24; and the Japanese ambassador in Ankara relays an Italian military intelligence report, on May 1.
