A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports: that German Air Force (GAF) Africa are still negotiating with the Italian Army for the release of heavy motorised transport; that the Italian Army HQ has moved to Baracca, on April 26; that the GAF are making special arrangements for the defence of all air fields in Libya, on April 25; a German Y service report on the Allied order of battle in North Africa, on April 26; and a daily report from Panzer Army Africa, on April 26.
