Government Code and Cypher School: Signals Intelligence Passed to the Prime Minister, Messages and Correspondence

A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports: that night fighters are to be based at Benina on April 8; that a British sabotage attempt at Benina was foiled on April 8; that German Air Force (GAF) Africa are to concentrate bombing operations against British reinforcements and supplies, and aircraft parked on British airfields, on April 10; on GAF Africa successes claimed for the week of March 29-April 4; of a German assessment of Soviet forces in Crimea, on April 8; and that flak reinforcements are moving to Konotop from Ploesti, on April 6.
