A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following messages: the Japanese ambassador in Ankara reports alleged Soviet aims to 'bolshevise' the Near East and India, on March 26; and the Turkish ambassador in Vichy reports on Franco-German relations, on March 31; and the establishment of a German combat army headquarters in Paris commanded by Runstedt, on April 1.
