This file includes the following messages: the Japanese ambassador in Ankara reports alleged Soviet aims to 'bolshevise' the Near East and India, on March 26; and the Turkish ambassador in Vichy reports on Franco-German relations, on March 31; and the establishment of a German combat army headquarters in Paris commanded by Runstedt, on April 1.
