Government Code and Cypher School: Signals Intelligence Passed to the Prime Minister, Messages and Correspondence

A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports: that the German Air Force (GAF) are not able to provide air cover for the German convoy Brook and Sturla, on April 2, and request that the Italians provide protection between Benghazi and Tripoli; the French military attaché in Chungking reports Chinese views of Japanese military objectives, on March 30; and the Japanese minister in Madrid reports a conversation with the Spanish Foreign Minister, on March 30.
