This file includes the following reports on North Africa: of German Air Force (GAF) reconnaissance of aerodromes on March 27; a GAF report on equipment for Burckhardt's parachute unit being shipped to Italy, on March 28; on countering of the effectiveness of the RAF, that the GAF are to attack aerodromes rather than other targets, on March 29; on the Mediterranean: ship escorting duties are to be divided between the GAF and Italian Air Force, on March 28; on France: Brest harbour is to be blocked by nets at night, on March 28; on the Russian Front: the Commander-in-Chief (C-in-C) of the GAF orders every measure to protect bridges over the River Dnieper, on March 29; and from the Japanese minister in Stockholm on the German strategy in the Soviet Union, on March 24.
