This file includes the following reports: a Naval Headlines report on German and Italian activity; the Italian minister in Lisbon reports on anxiety regarding Mozambique, on March 13; the Japanese minister in Sofia reports on Soviet designs in the Middle East, on March 18; the Polish representative in Berne reports on German reinforcements for and losses on the Eastern Front, on March 24; and the Turkish chargé d'affaires in Teheran gives the views of a U.S. colleague on the war and reports on aid going to the Soviet Union through Iran, on March 22.
