A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on the Mediterranean: a German Air Force (GAF) report of attacks on a cruiser formation on March 23; the GAF report the continuation of an attack on a cruiser formation on March 23; on North Africa: a GAF report of an RAF attack on Martuba on March 23; from the Japanese minister in Sofia, a corrupt telegram on Russian losses, from March 12; from the Japanese minister, on Bucharest's optimistic view of the war situation on March 11; and from the Italian minister in Hsinking on the Japanese ambassador's mission to the U.S.S.R.
