Government Code and Cypher School: Signals Intelligence Passed to the Prime Minister, Messages and Correspondence

A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on North Africa: that the German Air Force (GAF) order increased aerodrome vigilance because of sabotage on March 21; that the GAF complain of the lack of an intelligence officer on March 21; a GAF morning operations report for March 21; a GAF operations report and their intentions for March 21; and a GAF report of an artillery attack on Martuba aerodrome on March 21; and on the Mediterranean: that the GAF were ordered to attack an English convoy on March 22; that the GAF 10 Air Corps bomber group is to move to the Southern Russian Front; and a GAF report of an attack on Malta on the night of March 20-21.
