A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on the Russian Front: a German Air Force (GAF) report on Soviet concentrations and intentions, on March 10; on North Africa: the GAF are to fly aviation fuel to Gialo, on March 8; a GAF reconnaissance report of March 10; on the Mediterranean: on GAF reconnaissance and intentions against a cruiser force possibly heading for Malta, on March 10; on Yugoslavia: a German report on partisan activity, from March 9; a German ground force's report for March 4-7; and a fragment of a German report on March 8; and from the Portuguese minister in Bucharest on the war situation, from March 7.
