Government Code and Cypher School: Signals Intelligence Passed to the Prime Minister, Messages and Correspondence

A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports: that the German Air Force (GAF) was to operate torpedo-carrying DO217s in the area south-east of Luftgau in the Mediterranean; a report on the 51st Corps' counter-attack on the Russian Front on March 9; and a note from the Portuguese minister in Ankara on Turkey's attitude to the war.
