A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports: a Panzer Army report of March 8 from North Africa; intelligence that the German Air Force (GAF) Air Officer Commanding (AOC) 10th Air Corps was flying to Italy on March 9; and a Naval Headlines report on German activity, noting that the Tirpitz had broken off operations against the Arctic convoy, and Italian activity. The file also contains messages from the Japanese minister in Madrid, forwarding a report on troops stationed in India on February 28; from the Japanese chargé in Vichy on the French desire for an agreement with Japan on New Caledonia from March 5; and the Turkish Moscow post's report on the Russian Front from March 6.
