Government Code and Cypher School: Signals Intelligence Passed to the Prime Minister, Messages and Correspondence

A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following report: from the Turkish ambassador in Tokyo on rumours that Japan will attack the Soviets, saying that despite anxiety over Germany's position on the Russian Front, Japan is extended and short of ships and aircraft; the Prime Minister ordered this to be sent on to Roosevelt, on February 28. This file also includes a Naval Headlines report of March 3 on German activity.
