This file includes the following reports: on German Air Force (GAF) operations, reconnaissance and intentions in North Africa, for February 28; a report on GAF operations and intentions for February 28-March 1; a report on the transfer of a Ju88 unit from Greece to Sicily on March 1; on preparations of the GAF in north-west Europe for Operation Hanover on February 28-March 1, including intelligence that German minesweepers are to carry out Operation Hanover as soon as weather permits, from February 27; on the Russian Front: concerning the GAF 4th Air Fleet's aviation fuel allotment for March; and a communication from the Italian ambassador in Bucharest on a Hitler-Antonescu meeting, on February 25.
