A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports: a BONIFACE report that Panzer Group Africa had been ordered to fall back on Derna where all aviation fuel stocks were exhausted on December 15 (not included); intelligence that transport aircraft in North Africa were removing personnel and equipment from Benina and Derna on December 15; and that Kesselring was to fly to Africa from Greece; on the Russian Front: an urgent request for the 134th and 45th Panzer Divisions surrounded in the Tula area to be supplied by air from December 12; on transport problems for German forces in Ukraine because of a shortage of fuel on December 12; and on the 3rd and 4th Panzer Groups' defensive in the area south-west of Moscow supported by the 8th Air Corps on December 15.
