A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports: from the Turkish consul in Moscow, reporting on the Moscow Front on November 28; and Tokyo informs the Japanese ambassador in Berlin of a breakdown in Japanese-U.S. talks and the expectation of war with the U.S. and Britain, but not the Soviet Union, on November 30.
