This file includes the following reports: from the Turkish consul in Moscow, reporting on the Moscow Front on November 28; and Tokyo informs the Japanese ambassador in Berlin of a breakdown in Japanese-U.S. talks and the expectation of war with the U.S. and Britain, but not the Soviet Union, on November 30.
