A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on North Africa: no information reported on British intentions as of November 24; on the Russian Front: of the German Air Force (GAF) aerodrome winter programme, on November 25; on the Moscow Front: of a plea for the army to understand the weather problems for the GAF on November 25; and of GAF operations of November 25; Naval Headlines, reporting on German, Italian and Spanish activity; a report of the Chinese ambassador in Kuibyshev's views on the Far East from November 17; the Italian Legation in Bangkok report an invasion of Thailand to be imminent, on November 24; and a report of the Spanish minister in Ankara on Spanish-German negotiations on November 11.
