A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports: from the Japanese ambassador in Berlin on the Russian Front and North Africa, on November 21; of negotiations with the U.S. on November 20; from the Turkish ambassador in Washington on Japanese-U.S. talks on November 22 and a report on the war situation in Moscow on November 21; and from the French minister in Stockholm to Vichy: on German casualties from the Russian Front to Oslo, on November 22.
