A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on the Mediterranean: of the German Air Force (GAF) being requested to protect Italian supply ships en route to Benghazi on November 23-25; and of Italian shipping on November 24; on North Africa: a GAF report for November 22 and the GAF's intentions for November 23; that supplies will sail to Benghazi on November 23; and that aircraft fuel is en route to the GAF on November 24; and a Naval Headlines report for November 24 on German, Italian and Spanish activity.
