A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on North Africa: a German Air Force (GAF) and Italian Air Force operations report for November 23; of Italian Air Force operations on November 23; that GAF fighter reinforcements were delayed by weather on November 23; that the GAF is to use additional towed gliders for transport to Africa, on November 23; and a GAF report of November 23; on the Moscow Front: a German report for November 22; and another German report for November 22; on the Russian Front: GAF intentions as of November 24; and a message from Tokyo to the ambassador in Berlin concerning a Japanese offer to mediate in the Russo-German war, from November 21.
