A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on North Africa: that the Germans are reporting the British heading towards Tobruk and seek air support, on November 19; and that there were no GAF operations on the night of November 19-20 due to the weather; and on the Russian Front: a strength return for the 5 Air Corps.
