A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports: of fighting south west of Leningrad on November 14; of Soviet concentrations reported between Kalinin and Moscow on November 18; of a German estimate of Soviet air operations over the Ukraine Front on November 14; of the 1st Panzer Army facing bitter Soviet opposition at Rostov on November 19; that Generals Kuntze and Folttmann are arriving in Crete on November 19; and reports of November 14 and 15 that a bomber unit transferred from the Russian Front to France.
