A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports: Naval Headlines: the Citta Di Napoli and Citta Di Genova are to transport the San Marco Battalion for Italian command in North Africa; the destroyers Vivaldi, Da Noli and Pessagno are en route for Benghazi with 800 German troops on November 11; and preparations are being made for possible naval action; and a Turkish report of the Mufti in Berlin, from November 10.
