Government Code and Cypher School: Signals Intelligence Passed to the Prime Minister, Messages and Correspondence

A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports: that the German military hospital in Tripoli is unable to move patients because of the cessation of air traffic from Castel Benito to Catania, and requests the hospital ship Virgilio, on November 5; that the strength of the dive bomber unit in Derna was depleted through sickness, on November 2; that specifications of air borne torpedoes are to be delivered to the 10th Air Corps in Greece; that a convoy including the Duisburg and San Marco carrying fuel, ammunition and supplies is en route from Naples to North Africa, on November 7; and the Argentinean minister in Budapest reports meeting with the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and having a discussion on war prospects on November 6.
