This file includes the following reports: an evening report of November 3, that the 24th Panzer Corps defeated Soviet attacks south of Tula and the 43rd Army Corps is advancing on Kulova; of a single-engine fighter unit moving back to Germany from Russia, on November 12-13; of a Soviet forces counter attack in the Kalinin area against the 1st and 6th Panzer Divisions and 129th Infantry Division, on November 3; of movement orders for the relocation of Flak regiments to Germany from the Russian Front, on November 2; that the 2nd Air Fleet is to exploit bright nights in connection with a retreat, on November 5; that replacement propellers for JU87 aircraft are not available: also there is a shortage of air crews in North Africa, on November 4; on the possibility that large ships may use Benghazi harbour; and the Officer Commanding (OC) Armed Forces South East reports four German divisions fighting in Serbia, the Italian tanker Tampico was torpedoed en route to Piraeus, and the 5th Mountain Division is moving from Salonica to Germany.
