Government Code and Cypher School: Signals Intelligence Passed to the Prime Minister, Messages and Correspondence

A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports: a German Air Force (GAF) air reconnaissance report for the Western Desert, on November 1; on the GAF's problems transporting aviation fuel by air to Africa, on November 1; that the GAF request the immediate sailing of the Procina and Maritza from Greece to Libya carrying urgently needed fuel, on November 1; on General Rommel in Italy, from November 1; a report of an RAF raid on Derna, on November 1; and that the GAF in Crete is short of bombs, and detailing its build up of stocks, on November 1.
