A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on the Russian fronts: a German Air Force (GAF) report that mud on aerodromes has prevented any operations, on November 1; on North Africa: of a shortage of oil for GAF transport aircraft, on October 28; and that Tripoli is short of anti-aircraft (AA) ammunition; and the Naval Headlines, covering German and Spanish (Russian Front) activity.
