Description

A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports: Naval Headlines, covering German, Italian and Spanish (Russian Front) activity; from the Japanese ambassador in Washington on attitudes towards the Tojo cabinet; an intelligence report from the Japanese charg� in London on October 25; on North Africa: German Air Force (GAF) measures to supply aviation fuel on October 25; and also on North Africa: CAS's reply to the Prime Minister's (PM's) query.
