A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on the Russian fronts: of bad weather and a lack of fuel holding up German Air Force (GAF) air operations on October 27-28; on the Southern Russian Front: a GAF situation report for October 27 and orders for October 28; on the Russian fronts: a Flakkorps II report of October 27; on the Southern Russian Front: a 1st Panzer Army situation report for October 27; and a report of no shipping space for hutments for anti-aircraft (AA) batteries in north Norway.
