Government Code and Cypher School: Signals Intelligence Passed to the Prime Minister, Messages and Correspondence

A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on North Africa: a GAF fuel shortage in Italy is limiting supplies for Benghazi and Tripoli; a GAF report on damage to the railway line west of El Daba; and on Tunis: the GAF is buying motor transport. This file also contains a note that the Prime Minister (PM) has destroyed Naval Headlines 106; and a report from the Japanese ambassador in Turkey on the tightening of relations between Germany and Turkey.
