A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports: that the advance on Kharkov is unchanged; of Soviet counter-attacks north of the Sea of Azov being repulsed, of the Soviets being passive east of Dnepropetrovsk, and retreating towards Miropol; and that communications equipment is urgently needed for a command ship for the 4th Air Fleet, in the Ukraine and Black Sea areas.
