A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports: a report by the Italian minister in Budapest of a meeting with Admiral Horthy, and later his views on the progress of the war against Russia, from October 3; and a report by the Turkish minister in Stockholm of the views of the German chargé on Turkish-German relations and Japan's attitude to the war from September 30.
