A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following report: Naval Headlines report 93, reporting that the battleship Tirpitz was expected to be near Reugen on September 29, that the cruiser Leipzig was arriving in Kiel on September 29, that the movements of the Italian destroyers Partenope, Centauro, Polluce and Calliope were possibly connected with Operation B, that the towing of Circe by the destroyer Fulmine was hindered by the state of the sea, and that two ships were leaving Benghazi under escort on October 2.
