Description

A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports: a report of the merging of units of the German Air Force (GAF) on the Russian Front on September 24; a report that the Battle Group Von Boddgen was relieved by Romanian forces; a German report of British dispositions and locations in the Western Desert; and a statement of losses due to the sinking of the ships Oceania and Neptunia.
