A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports: on the development of decoy targets in south-east Germany; on the urgent requirement for the return of tank trucks due to a shortage; repeated instructions from the German Air Force (GAF) forbidding flying over the aerodrome at Regensburg Obertraubling; and a weather flight report including a reference to coal stocks burning and coal mines destroyed in Spitzbergen on September 5.
