This file includes the following correspondence: intelligence on German reconnaissance reports of British aircraft numbers in North Africa; the German supply situation near the River Dnieper; a report of a convoy leaving Naples for Tripoli; a message from the Italian minister in Teheran reporting the Iranian view of the war in Russia; and a message from the Japanese ambassador in Berlin seeking guidance on American-Japanese negotiations and future Japanese policy. This file also contains a Naval Headlines report (number 61), covering German and Italian naval activities in the Atlantic and the Mediterranean.
