A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following messages: a message from the German Admiral commanding U-boats on June 24; messages concerning U-boat operations on June 26; a letter from Frank Birch to the Director of Bletchley Park commenting on the Admiral's message; and another letter to the Code and Cypher School (CSS) also referring to the Admiral's message.
