A short file consisting of a report of a conversation with J. Edgar Hoover, in which he claimed that the American secret services had been able to break the codes used to communicate with the head of the German secret service in the United States of America. When interrogated, he then gave them information that allowed for the arrest of the entire German intelligence network in the eastern half of the United States.
