A file of photographs and translations of various documents alleged to have been obtained from Russian sources in Petrograd regarding German-Soviet collaboration and counter-revolutionary activities, along with correspondence regarding their acquirement and authenticity. The documents include a report of the identities of the candidates for election to the Soviet Central Executive Committee; a list of German officers acting as military advisors to the Russian army; a list of counter-revolutionary literature being distributed by enemy agents to soviet troops at the front; a discussion of military operations and targets for assassination on the Don Front; instructions and financial arrangements for a new political commissar for the fleet at Vladivostok; and instructions for the recruitment of agitators within the British and French armies.
