Included in the file are records of Hess’ dental examinations, reports on Hess’ mental health and depression, correspondence regarding arrangements for the security of Hess’ captivity and provisions for providing Hess with rations, clothing and books, and a letter written by Hess to the British government complaining of the conditions of his imprisonment.
