COMMANDER FLEMING asked whether it would be possible for the item descriptions to include more detail. THE SUB-COMMITTEE were informed that it was proposed that the explanatory notes which were being prepared as a covering page with each target item would be supplied with the target dossier and would give the detail required. After discussion it was agreed that this would meet the requirement. There was discussion as to whether the column giving the source of information (Ministry or Department) was necessary.
