(b) Paragraph 4 It was noted that the Committee was not responsible for the requirements of S.I.S. or the Security Service, although, as decided by the Joint Intelligence SubCommittee, there might be occasions when S.I.S. requirements would be included among those of one of the Services. COMMANDER FLEMING asked what arrangements would be made to meet the needs of the Office of Strategic Services. After discussion, THE COMMITTEE Recorded that they presumed that suitable arrangements would be made to meet the requirements of O.S.S.
