LIBYA. 3. (a) Axis forces in the frontier area are constructing a fortified line. TOBRUK itself is being ringed with land-mines by the enemy. Fortifications are also being built in the JEBEL ACHDAR area. (b) The Italian 55 (Savona) Division has moved to the frontier area replacing the 102 (Trento) Motorised Division which is now in TOBRUK area. The former is probably incomplete in supporting arms whilst the latter is now very weak. Recent reinforcements may have included Blackshirt Militia for the purpose of undertaking L.
