Southern Command (GIMMA). 7 Blackshirt battalions. 18 Colonial battalions. Total strength 8,500 white. 12,500 native. FRENCH NORTH AFRICA. Single French Glenn-Martin bombers were reported on reconnaissance over or in the vicinity of GIBRALTAR on June 11th, June 12th and June 13th. On all three occasions the aircraft were engaged and driven off by A.A. fire. .
