The transport of oil on the northern railway system to Hungary has been interfered with by Roumanian troop movements. 6. 50,000 tons of petroleum products (mostly fuel oil) have been ordered by Italian buyers for delivery at CONSTANZA in June. No oil has up to the present been shipped to Italy by sea from CONSTANZA. 7. Distributors in the Roumanian internal markets have been instructed to transport stocks for three months to BUKOVINA, MOLDAVIA and Northern DOBRUDJA before 15th June. -2-.
