Leipzig was in KIEL in dry dock on the same day and one is unlocated. PROSPECTS OF INVASION OF THE UNITED KINGDOM. 4. Ice conditions in the BALTIC and its approaches are likely to impede normal traffic for at least a fortnight. S.T.P. 16.3.41. -2-.
